Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- CDA preferred
- 1–2 years of experience preferred
- Completion of state‑required pre‑service training
- Strong communication skills with children, families, and staff
- Ability to handle classroom responsibilities with professionalism and calm
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (including infant lifting for younger classrooms)
- Must meet background check requirements
